As professionals, it's extremely important to us that our clients are completely satisfied with our work.

We will therefore:

Provide you with the specific service that you have requested. If you would like to change the specific service at any point after work has begun, depending on the changes required, there may be an additional fee of 5 – 10% involved.

If you are not happy with the finished product and would like us to make changes on the following, we will be happy to accommodate with one re-write: add further relevant information or remove information that you deem irrelevant in cases where we have researched the text, further explain critiques on creative writing, make minor text changes, explain our reasoning behind our choices.

Requests for changes should be made within 30 days of invoice date.
